DESCRIPTION: Not JUST a Half is a 12 week program aimed at building running capacity for a half marathon.. The program is broken into three sessions each week.. one focusing on speed.. the second endurance.. and the final session.. aerobic (and not always running!!) .. Your program is delivered by email each Sunday evening

REQUIRED TIME: The first two sessions each week can be completed in 80 minutes or less.. including warm up .. and the third session can be completed in 90 minutes or less

WHO IS IT FOR: The Not JUST a Half program is suitable for seasoned runners who want to run a half marathon.. or who want to improve their half marathon time .. If you are time poor.. the Toey 10k program requires less time committment each week and will still prepare you for up to half marathon distance
